Evidence & Reports

Trust should be inspectable, not merely requested.

This surface brings together current public status, public-safe evidence context, SGRE reporting, assurance maturity and correction paths. It is designed to show what is known, what is still being developed and what has not been externally established.

01 — Current public state

A snapshot with explicit boundaries.

PUBLIC SURFACE

Live / verified

Lumora public information surface

The Lumora P0 public information site is operating on the canonical public domain.

Boundary: Does not establish Lumora as a Swiss legal person, nonprofit research institute or Production operating system.

Public information and research visibility only.
Open source context ↗

PUBLIC IDENTITY

Provisional public identity

Lumora provisional public identity

A Founder-approved provisional visual identity is used to give Lumora a coherent, high-quality public expression during P0.

Boundary: The mark is not a legal seal, final institutional emblem, certification mark, accreditation, Swiss-formation evidence or third-party recognition.

Approved for public presentation while the final institutional CI remains open to future formal adoption.
Open source context ↗

INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

In development

Institutional development

Developing phase-aware legal, governance and institutional architecture while preserving the distinction between current P0 facts and future structures.

Boundary: Future bodies and legal capacities are not activated by design work.

Architecture, research and readiness work.
Open source context ↗

RESEARCH

Research / candidate

Governed evolvable technological systems

Exploring how changing technological systems can preserve authority, evidence, compatibility and human purpose.

Boundary: No externally peer-reviewed scientific finding or independent replication is claimed.

Public research direction and engineering-design inquiry.
Open source context ↗

TECHNOLOGY

In development

Web∞ technology architecture

Developing and evidencing reusable technology architecture while keeping Lumora institutional truth separate from Web∞ technology ownership.

Boundary: Architecture and internal conformance evidence are not external certification or Lumora Production activation.

Controlled architecture and engineering work.
Open source context ↗

SGRE

Architecture / design

SGRE public assurance and reporting framework

A public-safe reporting framework for sustainability, governance, risk and resilience, technology assurance and impact.

Boundary: SGRE does not self-certify technology and no external certification is established.

Defines the intended reporting and public-evidence projection.
Open source context ↗

PLATFORM

Hold / not activated

Lumora platform service surface

The separate platform domain is reserved for future services, applications, participation and transactional interaction.

Boundary: No public service-runtime launch is claimed by this website.

Information architecture and future service boundary only.

SGRE · public assurance & reporting

Measure over time.
Report with context.
Never self-certify.

Sustainability

Resource and continuity perspective

Public-safe measures may show efficiency, avoidable waste and long-term operating sustainability when evidence exists.

Governance & risk

Accountability and resilience

Governance, unresolved risk, recovery and material exception patterns may be reported at an appropriate public level.

Technology assurance

Performance and conformance

Operational measures and internal conformance can become longitudinal public evidence while remaining distinct from external certification.

Impact

Outputs to outcomes

Impact reporting should distinguish activity, output, adoption and measured outcome rather than treating all activity as impact.

02 — Assurance maturity

Five states that must not be collapsed.

01

Measured

Observed evidence exists for a declared scope and period.

02

Internally verified

An internal method, test or conformance review has been completed.

03

Assurance ready

A privacy-safe evidence package is ready for independent assessment.

04

Externally assessed

An independent evaluator has actually reviewed the declared scope.

05

Certified / accredited

Used only when a valid external body has issued the corresponding result.

Current boundary

Internal Web∞ engineering/conformance evidence may support future external assessment. This public site does not claim an external Web∞ or Lumora certification.

03 — Public evidence principles

Evidence must keep its context.

Scope
Evidence must identify what system, version, period and requirement it actually covers.
Provenance
Material public statements should remain traceable to an owner/source and review state.
Privacy
Public reporting must minimize or omit protected, personal and security-sensitive evidence.
Freshness
A prior valid result does not automatically describe a later version or operating state.
Correction
Supersession and correction should preserve history rather than silently overwrite it.
Claim boundary
Readiness for assessment, external assessment and certification are distinct events.

04 — Corrections & challenge

Public information must remain correctable.

If a public statement is incomplete, outdated or misleading, the correction path should be visible and the revised state should preserve the relationship to what came before.

Relevant public challenge can feed back into research, governance, technology and reporting. Corrections do not become evidence merely because they are published; they must remain traceable to the source and review that supports them.
