The question
How can knowledge, technology and institutional design increase human capability without reducing human agency or obscuring responsibility?
The experiment
Lumora began as Founder-led research and systems work rather than as a claim that a finished institution already exists.
Web∞
Web∞ — Web Infinity is the upstream technology architecture and systems-engineering direction originated by Kunakorn Sinkasem. Its technology identity remains distinct from Lumora institutional identity.
Lumora
Lumora is the developing institutional context in which research, governance, evidence, public purpose and technology can be examined together.
Current responsibility
During P0, Founder responsibility includes research direction, technology origin, institutional design, public evidence and explicit boundary-setting.
Beyond the Founder
Future continuity depends on actual legal formation, governed transition, evidence and institutional mechanisms that can outlast any single person.

Maintain the distinction between Web∞ technology ownership, architecture and Lumora’s prospective institutional use of that technology.

Keep public statements traceable to current status, evidence, maturity and explicit limits.
03 — Role boundaries
Titles describe current responsibility, not future legal effect.

- Identifies the person who originated and currently leads the Lumora project.
- Technology Inventor / Originator of Web∞
- Describes technology origin. It does not assert patent registration, external scientific validation or regulatory recognition.
- Founder-phase Institutional Custodian
- An internal institutional-design responsibility during the current phase, not a statutory office of an existing Swiss legal person.
- Research lead
- Identifies responsibility for the Founder-led research programme and is not represented as a university appointment or independently verified principal-investigator affiliation.
04 — Continuity
The institution must eventually be able to stand beyond its origin.
The long-term purpose of institutional design is not to make the Founder permanent. It is to make authority, evidence, responsibility and succession explicit enough that continuity can be governed rather than improvised.
Future institutional offices, succession mechanisms and governance structures become operative only when the applicable legal, procedural, authority and evidence conditions are actually met.
