Web♾️ — Web Infinity investigates how complex technological systems can evolve while preserving explicit boundaries for authority, evidence, resources, safety, continuity and human purpose.
01 — Research program
The working research object is a Governed Evolvable Technological System (GETS): a socio-technical computational system in which human, AI, machine, data, infrastructure, provider, policy and institutional components may change while selected semantic, authority, evidentiary, safety, continuity and compatibility properties remain governed and verifiable.
The candidate theory is called Web Infinity Theory — A Theory of Governed Evolvable Technological Systems. It is a research candidate, not an externally validated or independently replicated scientific theory.
Web♾️ is the upstream technology architecture and systems-engineering framework. Lumora is a distinct Founder-led future-institution project using and studying that technology within its own context.
02 — Current questions
How can AI agents perform substantial work without creating or expanding their own authority?
How can reusable mechanisms operate across independently governed systems without collapsing their authority, data, consent, financial or domain boundaries?
How can models and infrastructure providers be replaced without silently changing system semantics or institutional meaning?
Can evidence-bearing state transitions improve reconstruction, challenge, correction and recovery after failure?
Can provenance-, freshness- and conflict-aware context management reduce unsupported or stale context use in AI-assisted engineering?
How can AI-assisted engineering reduce compute and context consumption without lowering mandatory quality, assurance, safety or evidence floors?
03 — Methodology
Research questions and hypotheses are kept distinct from engineering decisions. Engineering verification is not represented as scientific proof.
