Public guide · Definitions · Phases · Accountability
This guide helps visitors, prospective users, creators, suppliers, researchers, public authorities and affected communities interpret Lumora's current public information. It explains intended relationships without reproducing private governance records, confidential contracts or security architecture.
Current reality: Lumora is in PH-P0, a Founder-led phase in Thailand. This public website provides information and a contact channel. It does not establish a Swiss legal person, an international NGO, a public service runtime, a customer account or any token or payment entitlement.
Public information is available. LumoraOS, VoxelVerse, Lumora VoxelVerse Studio and related digital-service commerce remain in development. Each service and jurisdiction requires its own lawful admission before launch.
Current status01 — Reading Lumora's public record
This informational website, the current Founder contact and dated public-status descriptions can be examined. Publication proves neither service availability nor future legal powers.
Engineering designs, test results and planned services describe work in progress. A passing internal test does not establish approval, external validation or a product that a customer can purchase.
Institutional formation, contracts, memberships, payments, credentials, permits and physical Parks require their own competent decisions, evidence and effective dates.
An external law, an internal proposal, an explanatory webpage and an actual contract are different kinds of authority. Dates, phases and project terminology do not convert one into another.
02 — Plain-language definitions
03 — Institutional development phases
PH identifies the project's institutional lifecycle. It does not itself confer legal personality, permission to sell a product, banking authority, tax exemptions, a local Park license or rights in another country. Timelines and transitions depend on actual evidence and lawful decisions.
The Founder operates in his actual personal legal capacity in Thailand. Research, engineering, public information and any individual digital service that independently satisfies applicable law, contracts, consumer duties and technical readiness may proceed. No Swiss legal entity or public LUM checkout is implied.
Proposed specialist preparation and coordination workstreams may be validly mandated to prepare documentation, legal review, resources and affected-party protections. A preparation team does not become an independent legal person or acquire signature powers by its name.
Any Swiss association would arise only through its actual competent participants and applicable formation requirements. Intellectual property, contracts, customer obligations, financial assets, data and liabilities would need separate valid transfer or continuity arrangements where applicable.
Future organs and offices could become effective individually only after valid constitutional and legal steps, appointments, mandates and safeguards. A transition team does not automatically inherit statutory or financial powers.
Subject to real institutional formation and each service's requirements, the project envisages ongoing services and future digital, hybrid or physical Park operations. Each country, site, operator and regulated activity must be checked independently.
Any later change in leadership or institutional structure must preserve valid customer entitlements, creator rights, obligations, records, remedies and continuity. The personal fact of who originally founded Lumora does not transfer as an office or asset.
Digital services need not wait for a physical Park or future institution if a real operator can lawfully deliver the individual service today. Equally, future institutional progress does not automatically authorize every financial product, token feature or country-specific activity.
04 — From public purpose to individual delivery
Lumora's intended approach links benefits, costs, rights, duties and remedies from the beginning of a proposal to the person receiving a service and people affected indirectly. The stages below explain an accountability principle, not a claim that all proposed services are currently operating.
Consider learners, visitors, creators, suppliers, workers, partner institutions, local communities, non-users and people who may bear environmental, financial or social burdens.
Identify valid sources, creator intellectual property, the actual legal actor, applicable jurisdictions, privacy needs and what may be disclosed publicly. A public mention does not establish endorsement or a license.
Review usefulness, accessibility, age-appropriate safeguards, technical reliability, expected cost, security and possible harm. Internal reviewers, operators and external parties have distinct responsibilities.
Where a service becomes available, identify its actual seller, optional free and paid paths, price, entitlement, delivery conditions, data use, refund rules and support channel. A marketing description is not a substitute for the applicable terms.
Verify what the individual actually received or learned, distinguish creator compensation from operator revenue, and preserve payment, delivery and correction evidence without presenting private records as public content.
Give people a practical way to challenge inaccuracies, accessibility barriers, privacy issues, service failures or misattributed work. Record the responsible review and improvement without promising an outcome that has not been delivered.
05 — Rights, duties and stakeholder perspectives
Need understandable information, meaningful choice, accessible participation, privacy safeguards and a practical correction channel. No purchase is required merely to read this site.
Need clarity about ownership, attribution, permissions, assessment standards, agreed compensation and disputes. A creator's asset is not automatically owned by Lumora.
Need an identifiable legal counterparty, true product readiness, carefully scoped contracts, payment/tax distinctions, data responsibilities and continuity through organizational change.
Need bounded authority, source evidence, independent challenge and escalation paths. A staff title, software capability or AI agent cannot create its own legal powers.
Need country-specific legal, safety, environmental and economic responsibility when material. An online Virtual Park is not a new sovereign jurisdiction.
May still experience privacy, resource, economic or community effects. Their interests should not disappear merely because they are not paying customers.
06 — Current limits and public safeguards
This page is an informational explanation of current and possible future arrangements, not a statutory instrument, contract, investment solicitation, official partnership announcement or guarantee of service availability. Material corrections are reviewed through the existing public-surface process.
