Continue Web∞ research and controlled engineering while preserving exact distinctions between architecture, implementation, internal verification and external assessment.
Refine phase-aware legal and governance architecture while keeping P0 Founder/project facts distinct from future Lumora legal-person operation.
Develop SGRE and public evidence projections so future assurance can rely on longitudinal records rather than a retrospective evidence exercise.
