Digital services · Founder-led P0 development
Lumora is developing LumoraOS and VoxelVerse, with Lumora VoxelVerse Studio as a creator and service-design environment. The intended ecosystem brings together interactive gaming, digital learning, virtual goods, AI-assisted services and creative work under one accountable service architecture.
These products are in development. This page explains our intended commercial model and current limits; it is not a live catalog, sales offer, token offering or payment checkout.
Founder-led commercial and technical design is under way in Thailand. No public LumoraOS transaction runtime, LUM top-up, token withdrawal or Merchant of Record partnership is represented as active.
Review public status01 — Product and service families
Studio tools, service fulfillment and payment capabilities are deliberately separate. Individual services can progress through their own quality, legal and operational gates rather than waiting for every future institutional phase.
Game-led learning journeys, challenges, assessment and creator-defined certificates. Verified learning progress may also contribute to Lumora-wide progression under distinct rules.
A planned environment for creators to design games, learning experiences, virtual assets and eligible digital services, with ownership, permission, quality and delivery checks.
Assistive tools and digitally delivered capabilities, designed with bounded access, identifiable service obligations and accountable technical fulfillment.
In-world items, creative resources and eligible service rights; a virtual asset does not automatically grant ownership of physical property.
Potential creator licensing, royalties and marketplace facilitation, subject to proof of rights, seller role, permitted transaction types and appropriate protections.
Free learning and participation pathways are part of the design. Paid features are voluntary, individually identified and only introduced when supported by legitimate product and commercial terms.
02 — Operating responsibilities
The intended model separates ownership and delivery of a digital service from customer-facing reseller/payment responsibilities. A payment-provider relationship is under preliminary commercial evaluation; none is claimed as signed or approved.
For Lumora-owned products, the current lawful Founder/operator would be responsible for product design, the rights offered, technical service delivery, support and the corresponding customer obligations. A third-party creator's rights and seller capacity require their own agreements.
A separately agreed provider could handle specified customer payments, invoices, transaction-level taxes, applicable refunds, disputes and settlement reporting to the extent the actual contract allows. No provider is represented as having accepted LUM-linked products.
Customer checkout, provider settlement, internal service entitlement, accepted service delivery, refunds and legally recognized revenue must be independently traceable. One customer transaction must not be counted as multiple sales.
LUM · Service economy
One economic unit
LUM is the intended internal denomination for eligible services, with related BEP-20 token architecture. Internal rights and externally traded token possession are different economic states and do not create interchangeable claims by default.
Service entitlements
Purchased and promotional entitlements are designed for eligible internal use without routine customer cash withdrawal. Earned value has a separately conditioned future outward pathway; no withdrawal facility is claimed to be live.
Commercial clarity
A proposed prepaid service card has a stated face value and corresponding service obligations. Provider deductions, taxes, net settlement, service performance and accounting recognition remain separately evidenced and subject to applicable rules.
03 — Prepaid service cards
Lumora is assessing prepaid digital service cards and internal service credits for specific eligible products. The concept is designed around a stated customer face value, a verifiable service entitlement and clear refund and fulfillment procedures.
A card's face value would define the services or value the customer is entitled to use. Actual products, validity terms and use rules require an approved catalog and legally appropriate disclosures.
Whether a reseller can price a product so that supplier net settlement preserves its face value depends on the provider's actual terms, fee policy, tax treatment and customer disclosures. No such arrangement is confirmed.
Funding a prepaid entitlement is not itself proof of delivered services. Unused rights, chargebacks, refunds and fulfilled service events must remain reconcilable through their full lifecycle.
04 — Digital-first, phase-aware growth
PH-P0 is the current Founder-led phase in Thailand. A qualifying digital service may be offered by its actual lawful operator when product readiness, contracting, payment, consumer protection, tax and applicable jurisdictional obligations are met. Future Swiss association formation is a separate legal event; neither it nor a physical Park is a general prerequisite for designing digital products today.
Build and test the service catalog, creator programs and technical infrastructure. Admit individual commercial products only after the specific legal seller, fulfillment and payment conditions are demonstrated.
Maintain lawful customer services while preparing any later institution. Assets, data, customer obligations, reseller agreements and liabilities transfer only through their own valid instruments, notices and consents where required.
Develop country-aware Virtual Park services and future physical/hybrid activities under their actual host-country rules. Each new operator, service and jurisdiction needs its own applicable checks; phased growth does not mean all markets are already open.
Our long-term plan considers international digital-service availability, including a 42-country Virtual Park ambition. This is an expansion objective, not a statement that 42 local Park operations, registrations or product approvals exist today.
