Governed evolution
The problem
Technological systems rarely remain fixed. Models, providers, software components, data, policies and people change. The research problem is not merely whether a system can change, but whether it can change without silently changing who has authority, what evidence means, what obligations remain in force, or what outcome the system was meant to serve.
Working proposition
Web Infinity studies whether explicit semantic, authority, policy, resource, evidence, compatibility and recovery boundaries can make system evolution more governable and reconstructable.
What would count as evidence
Useful evidence may include controlled reference implementations, negative cases, provider-substitution tests, recovery tests, cross-system conformance checks, reproducibility work and later independent scientific challenge where justified.
What this note does not claim
This note does not claim that Web Infinity Theory is scientifically established, externally validated or independently replicated. It states a research problem and a direction for falsifiable investigation.
